I’m a passionate DIYer and photography lover who finds joy in creating things by hand – whether it’s crafting a fun baby shower gift, building a cozy cat nook, or capturing natural beauty through my camera lens.
Why I Started The DIY Era
I started The DIY Era with a simple purpose:
To share real, doable, and budget-friendly DIY ideas that you can actually try – no fancy tools, no expert skills required.
The internet is full of complicated or unrealistic ideas that make creativity feel overwhelming. I wanted to build something different – a space where creativity feels practical, personal, and inspiring.
From the very first post, my goal has always been the same:
“Will this help someone create something they’re proud of?”
If the answer is no, it doesn’t get published.

While I’ve always been hands-on with crafts and home projects, I also love storytelling through photography.
